Ingredients
  1. 1-1/2 extra virgin coconut oil
  2. 1 tsp sesame oil
  3. 1/2 medium carrot, cut into thing diagonal slices
  4. 1/4 cup broccoli florets
  5. 1/4 medium red peppers, sliced
  6. 1/4 zucchini, cut lengthwise, sliced
  7. 1-1/2 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
Instructions
  1. Heat coconut and sesame oils in large skillet or wok over medium high.
  2. Add carrot; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes
  4. Add bell pepper and zucchini
  5. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender - crisp
  6. Turn off heat
  7. Add Bragg Liquid Aminos.
  8. Mix well
