  1. 12 oz. thawed frozen strawberries
  2. 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened) I love Fair Life Milk
  3. 1 cup yogurt or your favorite yogurt alternative/ vegan alternative
  4. 1/2 cup chia seeds
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  1. Place strawberries in a large bowl or blender and and add milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  2. Using an immersion blender (if in bowl), blend until smooth.
  3. Add chia seeds; stir.
  4. Place in refrigerator, let sit for 4 hours or overnight. If possible, stir after one hour to redistribute chia seeds.

    This wasn’t as sweet as I’m used to, but it’s still tasty! Very easy to make, I will make this again!
