This post is pretty special because Chasity is family, she’s the wife of my cousin. She joined us about a year ago, and lost a few pounds and decided, “Ehhh, I can do this on my own”.
Welp, 4 weeks ago Chasity was at her heaviest weight to date, and decided to come back to the group that jumped started her weight loss last year, Fit, Fyne and Fabulous!!

Your story personally touches me because my mom has diabetes and so did both my grandmother’s before they got called home…my dad has even been told he was pre diabetic but thankfully he lost enough weight to not be diabetic. Thanks everyone for all your encouraging & kind word…I was scared to be transparent about my story & weight.But after sharing I’m glad I did. Fit,Fyne & Fabulous is an awesome fitness group.This is the only thing that have work for me. I struggled with my weight for years!! I would recommend to join the fitness group for motivation to help with your goals. The group provided so much information to help me along the way…I definitely feel fabulous!!!
