Welcome to the DIVAhood Holiday Challenge

Are you ready to start your DIVAhood triple challenge (meal prep, abs, & yoga)?  

Well diva today is the day we are getting this party started, so please use this blog post to help you get acquainted on what to expect.

So…..Let’s get started!


  • Read and commit to being engaged every day of the challenge. Don’t get left behind diva. Start and finish strong.
  • Make time for yourself!  Dedicate DECEMBER to be all about YOU!!  Or at the VERY LEAST, put yourself above others!
  • Use your accountability partners!  We have created a Facebook group, just for you!  You should already be a part of that FB group. Soon you will meet the other divas in the challenge who are looking to achieve the same goals!!  POST IN THE GROUP! ASK FOR A PARTNER if you need extra help!  Make sure to ask for cell number, friend them on social media. Take advantage of this new Fit Diva relationship!
  • Get the tools you need to get organized & READY to succeed!  Here are a few that you may or may not already have on hand. Try to pick them up or order them soon!  These are the tools I use daily / weekly when prepping my meals, and getting my FIT LIFE IN order!

When ordering online, I use eBates EVERY LAST TIME!  By doing so, I’ve earned more than $1400 back in rebates (buying stuff I would have already purchased). Trips, appliances, school clothes, groceries, you name it!  If you shop online and you’re not using Ebates, you throwing money away.

Think of Thrive Market as the online version of Whole Foods, just 50% CHEAPER!  Their selection is awesome and the prices can’t be beat, but what’s most important is how this company advocates for families on food stamps to have access to quality foods!  They are working with congress to allow EBT cards to be used for online healthy food purchases!!! 😆

I’m such a fan of Amazon!  Now that they have purchased Whole Foods, you can shop IN PERSON and save tons at Whole Foods, but only if you’re a prime member. AND YOU CAN BECOME A PRIME MEMBER  FOR FREE!! Get Prime for Free for 30 days and $10.99 after using the link above (you can cancel on Day 31 – and don’t pay NATHAN!).  Now if you’re a student you can get it for Free for 6 months!!  Let me know if you need help with that!  Prime members also get groceries delivered for free!! It’s called Prime FRESH!!

  1. Every Friday thru December 21st you will receive a pescatarian meal plan with vegetarian subs. Coach Twy will be available to answer your questions.

  2.  Every Weekday starting Monday, Dec 4th you will receive an ab workout to perform / complete for that day.  Coach Gigi Will be available to answer your questions.  More details will be sent about the abs challenge on tomorrow. We start MONDAY, everyone together.  For now, here’s a high-level overview of what we will be doing starting Monday. ABS: Monday – Friday.

  3. Every Weekend you will receive a Yoga video explaining the move for the weekend.  The focus will be on stretching the abs you worked all week.  Coach Stephanie will be available to answer any questions.  Please watch this overview video from Coach Steph explaining what to expect each weekend of this challenge.   4. We expect each diva to shop on Saturday and meal prep on Sunday (or identify a day and time that works best for your schedule).
  5. We expect to see each diva in the group daily. Just one post a day will do. At the very minimum 4 posts a week (one a day), but love to see you more! Use hashtag #FFFHealthyHoliday. This will make it easy for us to find your posts.
  6. You are welcome to do additional workouts or none at all, our workouts are optional, but should be fun to do them all together.  Meal Prepping SHOULD NOT BE OPTIONAL!  It’s the key to life long success!
