| How did you feel about your body and your fitness journey before Joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous? *
Before joining FFF, I hated my body and overall appearance. My self esteem was quite low before I started my healthy lifestyle journey with FFF. |

| How many pounds and inches did you lose with FFF, and how do you feel about your body and your fitness journey now? *
I’ve loss about 30 lbs & I’ve went from a 22/24 to 18. I feel like anything is possible if I commit to myself make solutions & not excuses & plan. I not only enjoy the skin I’m in but I love the skin I’m in not because of the size but knowing I can achieve any possibility I’m willing to work toward. |
| What is your favorite NSV or Non Scale Victory? *
Being able to sit in a chair at work with arms & be comfortable (after 10 years)!

| What is your favorite clean eating recipe you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *
UGH I have to choose! Hmm zucchini chili. |

Taking sparkle pictures along your journey! |

I’m Nicole Twyman, a native New Orleanian, who has lived all across the US! Although, my small family of 4 currently calls Los Angeles, CA home. I am a proud 40+ year old mom of a wonderfully energetic and theatrical daughter, and a handsome, scholarly athlete!
While I have worked in corporate America as a certified senior project / program / portfolio manager for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Procter & Gamble & IBM, my passion is service. It has always been my desire to live a life of service to others; which I took every opportunity to explore as an active member of many of my church’s ministries and of my public service sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
Well, now I am over the top excited to have the opportunity to serve divas through my very own ministry, Fit, Fyne & Fabulous.
