  • Valerie McKenzey says:

I know there are times I have a wanderer mind and times when I feel like there is a war going on in my mind. I started reading this book several weeks ago for Bible Study and it was the first time I could identify what was happening to me those nights I couldn’t sleep and my mind was jumping from one thing to another. My mind was in a war. What I realized when this happens, is that if I began praying or just talking to God that my mind clears and I would fall asleep. Each time God won the war.

  • Danielle says:

I’ve always been aware of the power the mind holds. It’s where all ideas good and bad start and end. They key is to be more self aware. You have to listen and identify those negative thoughts toward you use an affirmation to propel you forward.
