WHERE WE WILL REVIEW 1 chapter of Brian Tracey’s book, “Eat That Frog” each day in FABruary


The Cliff Notes from today’s reading:

One of the best ways to overcome procrastination is for you to get your mind off the huge task in front of you and focus on a single action that you can take!  In other words, in order to eat a large frog, take it one bite at a time.

You can overcome procrastination and accomplish extraordinary things by taking just the 1st step getting started toward your goal, and then taking it one step at a time until you accomplish your goal!





1. By the yard it’s hard; but inch by inch, anything’s a cinch!

2. Don’t let the magnitude of the goal stop you from starting!

3.  Start with small baby steps and keep pressing forward toward that hard goal.


  1. Today’s reading assignment is to read Chapter 10 of the book only.
  2. Complete the assignment on page 62 (the end of Chapter 10).   From your prioritized list of goals, have you started on your A1 goal yet?  Have you taken that 1st step??

    Yes! One step at a time. Small goals. I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed the last couple of weeks trying to do all things. Sat down for a bit and said okay time to get up and…hubby says relax take it easy for a change. Slow down….

      That’s it! Slow and steady! Enjoy the small victories and before you know it you’ll be telling your testimony on how you achieved the BIG one.

    I am taking one step at a time, one meal and one exercise at a time. My A1 goal, I have begun the process; I didn’t get myself in this mess overnight so I know I cannot snap my fingers to get out. It is a process where I am leaping, jumping and forward moving towards it. Some days I get discouraged and tempted to quit. I have moments but I quickly remind myself that I am worth the work to obtain my goal.

      That’s so right Wenifer! You have your support system, you have US, but sometimes all it takes is for you to encourage yourself! I do it daily.

    Well it only took getting to chapter 10 for me to really start executing on these dimes Brian Tracy is dropping in this book but I’m not gonna beat myself up for that. Instead I woke up this morning with a ‘Can do’ attitude and I’m taking my stairs today. Today my A1 goal is to meal prep and it will get done because I’ve created my list and I’ve put everything in place to ensure my success.
