A note from STEVE HARVEY….

There’s a difference between what you say and what you do. There’s a difference between what you know and what you apply. Day 5 is all about acting on that difference. 
It’s not enough to plan, talk, dream, hope and prepare. These represent a fraction of what it takes to be successful. You must also DO. That’s when real progress is made. Remember, success is an action word.


What one thing will you start doing today that puts you in motion? This must be something tangible. It will more than likely be something that makes you uncomfortable. It will probably challenge your status quo.
Once you’ve done it….share it with our community in the Fit, Fyne & Fabulous Facebook Group.  Remember, your post below should start with “I will…” or “I am going to…”, as you’ll share BEFORE you do it now!!  Then once it’s done, share with our FB community using the link above!  2 posts divas!!  Let’s go.  πŸ˜†

The journey starts with a goal in mind.  Once the goal is set you begin to put plans in place in order to achieve that goal.  As you embark on the journey to reach your goals, you have to realize that the plans are a guide rather than an exact blueprint. Along the way there will be detours and bumps which are designed to help get you closer to your true purpose.  


This passage of text has a great parallel to the goal of leading a healthier lifestyle.  In our group, you will receive lots of information and advice to aid you in creating better habits.  If some advice doesn’t work for you right away or your results aren’t like that of another diva this is not a sign to discount the advice or abandon the ultimate goal.  It’s an opportunity to learn your body and how it responds to certain stimuli and take that lesson to help you move forward.  You are a work in progress and every new piece of information or experience is helping to pave the way to reaching your goal.

    I will be signing up to take a Group EX Instructor class this weekend. This will help me get closer to my goals. I love saying that. God will align everything up for me according to His will and purpose for my life! YES!

    I committed that I will work out on Saturdays now as I have always vowed to never do that. I let the instructor know this morning that she will see me tomorrow at 9 am for Cardio Saturday. She was just as surprised as I was to let it fall from my lips! God is going to keep me on course and live according to his word.

    One thing I will do to to put my plan in action is to walk daily on the treadmill with a starting goal of 15 minutes…Until February and it’s on again πŸ™‚

    I desire to meet my goal of 10,000 steps a day including exercise. So this is an area that I must continual encourage myself to do, because exercise especially in the winter is not what I desire to do.

    I will start making more time for myself. Like today, I have let several days go by, not taking the time to be selfish for me to prepare. I am trying to do everything in one day; catching up on my readings, meal prep, etc. I am starting off wrong already. I know that I have to do better, but I am struggling to prioritize better. Ugh… I know that I am going to get through, but how this time without falling completely off.

    On Pixabay you will find both, terrific photos and cliparts. I would imagine several of these images are copyrighted and even though I probably bought some type of license once I bought the digital content I am not going to be sharing those files. It’s possible to even download whole size images without registration.
