Are you Flexible?
Clean Eating, Exercise and Hydration are the primary pillars of a healthy lifestyle plan. Life gets in the way of our “healthy lifestyle plans”.
Designing a plan with great healthy food and stimulating exercise can be quite a challenge. We need flexibility, it is a necessity and a virtue.
We have seen the advantages of creating a plan and making it work right here in this group. It is “sustaining” that drive is the issue. Your soul and your spirit have to be connected to the process.
We get to a point where we start snacking, eating at different times, skipping meals, overeating, working out irregularly, suffering from injuries and so on.
We have to find the strength, courage and wisdom to keep moving in our healthy lifestyle. Click To Tweet
Psalm 55:22 Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.
Prayer – Father thank you for sending me this Fit, Fyne & Fabulous ministry. You had a plan for me and I must walk in it. Lord sustain me, for I know you care for me. Help me to be more flexible! Help me to remember that I have the strength, courage and wisdom to do Your will. You will never leave me nor forsake me. I am learning how to eat clean, exercise and hydrate my body. You are giving me the tools. Continue to keep me Lord as I strive to do better for me and use the tools you are providing. No weapons formed against me shall prosper! I need You and I trust You! Father, You are Alpha and Omega! The beginning and end of it all! Hallelujah! I give you all the glory and honor! Thank you LORD! In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit we ask these many blessings! AMEN!
I’m Liz Prince a former military brat. Currently, I reside in University Park, MD with my wonderful Husband, Rodney and two handsome sons, Jalen and Jordan. Currently, I work for NASA Goddard Space Flight Center for the Data Management Team. My passion for being healthy started with my own battle in 2009. I felt a strong desire to conquer this battle. As I pursued every thing imaginable, I came across this wonderful Ministry in April 2016. And I have not turned back since. I was asked to be apart of the team and it has been so rewarding to help others get healthy and remain healthy.
