Put on Your New Self
Ephesians 4:22-24 (NIV) – You were taught, with regard to your former way of life to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
We are a “new” creation with a “new” beginning! Not only in Christ but in health.
We have been given the tools. But, we must choose to walk in our “new” life.
The word says PUT OFF our old nature, our former way of life and PUT ON our new nature. These are action words. Transformation comes when we choose to do our part.
Guess what? This is how we take those actions and put them into our everyday lives:
Romans 12:2 (NIV) “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-His good, pleasing and perfect will.
Think about how a caterpillar transforms into a butterfly. Transformation is a journey. With each step of obedience, God molds and shapes us to be more and more like Jesus!
We aren't perfect, but when led by the Spirit, our journey of transformation will be beautiful. Click To Tweet
Prayer – Dear Lord thank You for this journey! Your word says be thankful in all things. I long to be completely transformed into Your will! This is my hearts desire! Help me to put into action of renewing my mind with clean eating. Renewing my mind with exercise. Renewing my mind with hydration. Everything You want me to do to be a better me for You! It starts with me making a decision and being obedient to that decision. Yes I may fall, but You are there to pick me back up! Thank You Lord for Your unwavering love! Let Your perfect will be done in Jesus Name AMEN!

As I pursued every thing imaginable, I came across this wonderful Ministry in April 2016. And I have not turned back since. I was asked to be apart of the team and it has been so rewarding to help others get healthy and remain healthy.
