African Americans make up 13% of the US population yet 60% of the Covid deaths are African American. Many things are said to contribute to this, but the one that stands out the most is our pre-existing health conditions, like high blood pressure, diabetes, and vitamin deficiencies.

It is NOW, and has always been our mission to END THE TREND of obesity in our communities specifically thru the sharing the healthy meal options, workout challenges and pure sister love and motivation.

Congratulations on joining an amazing tribe of God fearing divas committed to living a Fit, Fyne & Fabulous Lifestyle.  Now that you are a part of our “Divahood” you can expect to receive free recipes, make up tips, and workout challenges weekly, FOR FREE during Quarantine.

At Fit, Fyne & Fabulous, we believe, we are BETTER TOGETHER! So, let’s get to work this week as a DIVAhood to build those Michelle Obama arms baby!! Last week for focused on build BEASTLY abs. Here’s a little Monday Motivation to get your week started with a small snippet of the divas who joined our #FABULOUSabs last week!  #BETTERtogether

Now let’s see what you’re working with this week sis!  I hope to see you on our RED DIVA LEADERBOARD come next MONDAY!  Here’s now the challenge works!

1. Measure your arm inches record the number (NOW TODAY!, no measuring tape?, use a piece of string)

2. Complete the 9 minute video each day M-Sun (SEE VIDEO BELOW)

3. Post a pic each day, share how your arms feel in our group (click here) and on your personal page (IG and Twitter included)

4. Tag me (Nicole Dyer-Twyman or @Fitfynefab, and use #FABnotFLABBY #OBAMAarms

5. Next Sunday, measure your arms again (your string should be shorter)

6. Share your experience by posting your results

7. Divas who post in the group and on their personal pages all 7 days are entered in a chance to win a free DIVA tank to show off them new guns girl!!

I found this video to be challenging enough for our experienced divas, but also still inviting to a new diva just starting out. I am not affiliated with the diva in the video, we are just using her moves to build these diva arms this week! This video has over 5.6 million views, let’s get to work sis!

    God’s morning blessings. I have completed day 1. My arms are 15 inches. It was a great workout. One of the moves was challenging due to my weight & being able to hold my weight up fully with my hand behind my back. So I did a moderated version & hope to get it by the end of the week. Looking forward to the results. Thank you

      Yes friend that one requires a bit of arm strength. So make sure you have a good mat, and next time you try use more legs. Dig your heels in as deep as you can into the floor let them help your arms until they are strong enough! Make sure you are following our meal plan sis! It will help you lose the weight

        I have been trying to find a place of support and this group seems to be it! I am thankful for the add. This seems like it will help me to become comfortable with ME, while transforming to a better ME! I will be starting this challenge today. I hope for results in strength because I have no upper body strength. Where can I fond the recipes?

      Don’t forget to take your measurements. I found some of the moves to be a good stretch after all this kick boxing and bike riding.

    thank you for the challenge. I’m going to have to find some alternative to the ones on floor doing planks and push ups

      Instead of doing the planks and push ups on the floor. do them against the wall. Hold your body arms length away from a wall for the plank. Push into the wall and away for the wall push up. Modify, but get her done sis. Thank you for sharing your specific needs.

    Thanks for the challenge. My shoulder is still on the fritz but I’ll do my best. Thanks to COVID my physical therapy has been moved from Feb – Jun but I’m rocking with y’all.

    Got it in late, but got it in. I gotta start somewhere. I do need a couple of modifications for the plank lunges- not able to do that move today.
    My arms do burn, so I did get a workout.
    Looking forward to the journey!

    Hadn’t completed any challenges in a long time! This is the first year I’m starting to have trouble with my arms. When I say this challenge, I had to join! Today’s workout only reminded me of how out of shape I was😩. Thanks for the motivation!
