Ingredients
  1. 1 cup raw rolled oats
  2. 1 scoop Protein Powder (I use Vega One's Salted Caramel flavor)
  3. 1 browned banana (the more brown, the sweeter)
  4. 3 egg whites
  5. 1/4 cup water
  6. 1 tbsp coconut oil
  7. 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  8. 2 packets stevia (OR 3 drops of organic stevia. I like the Trader Joe's brand)
  9. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour onto a hot grill and cook like a normal pancake.
  3. You can add some frozen fruit after the batter is blended or add a Tbsp of peanut butter on top to add some healthy fats to this meal.
Notes
  1. Don't flip until you see bubbles
Fit, Fyne & Fabulous https://www.fitfynefabulous.com/
All ingredients minus banana
I used a single serve cup with my Nutri Bullet to blend
My red copper pan saves the day to make them easy to flip. I only flip when I see bubbles, so don’t let the pan get too hot.
This recipe made 5 medium sized pancakes for me. Divide your batch into 2.  The # of pancakes depends on the size you make them. This recipe makes 2-3 servings.
In this pic I used 1 TBSP of organic maple syrup Grade B Dark Amber and 1/2 banana w/ 1tsp chopped walnuts. You can leave off the syrup or replace with blueberries or any berry fruit!

I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! If you try them, come back and leave a comment. Let me know your feedback!

Salted Caramel Protein Pancakes was sooo delicious. Very satisfying, the bananas gave it the added kick. I did not use maple syrup but I drizzled Waldens Farm calorie free caramel syrup on them. ” Tres Bon! “🤩😜

Please be careful with anything that says Calorie Free, Fat Free or Carb Free. They usually replace the FREE with some unknown substance or they up the Fat or some other ingredient. Make sure you’re reading your labels. With that said. THANK YOU FOR TRYING SISTER!

Planning to try these tomorrow morning. Question…the recipe says egg whites but the pic you included appears to have the yolks as well. Which should I follow?

Oh my you must try this recipe. I made them minus the Stevia. I added some vanilla and mixed mine in a bowl. I made waffles, and they were delicious.

All I can say is OMG!!! These pancakes are delicious and filling. I had them with banana and walnut. I crushed up my walnut and put maple syrup on my pancakes and put in microwave for a few minutes and my pancakes were soft and good. I only had 2 pancakes and I was full
I will definitely be making these again.

    Thanks Coach Twy🥰

These Sated Carmel Protein Pancakes were delicious and filling. They slide right off the griddle and onto my plate. I added chopped bananas, walnuts and pure maple syrup. My husband loved them. These will be in rotation.
